Smoking is cost-effective?
Phillip Morris is claiming that smoking is cost-effective for governments, since smokers don't live long enough to require a lot of federally-funded health care or housing for the elderly. That's some cold-hearted reasoning. Next thing you know, they'll suggest replacing Social Security and Medicare with Mandatory Euthanasia.
